It is neither compulsory to buy Advance CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package to become an Associate, nor it is mandatory to enter in the business programme to earn commissions by selling the Advance CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package or CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package to others.Associates entering in our program without buying any product would be given Free Basic CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package. They can also sell some of our Products and Services and earn commissions as per Retail Compensation plan.
Compensations would be applicable to the Associates who have purchased our Advance CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package.
Retail Compensation Plan
In order to get continued Learning and Participation in our Business / Mission and seek the benefit of Retail Compensation Plan, the following needs to be done every year (Free Associate):
Must Learn and successfully complete the Examination of any one of the Courses offered in CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package. Must sell CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package to at least two individuals (Paid Students) available at very nominal costs, who are not otherwise a part of the program.
Note: Associates will not get any commission on Students joining without Purchase of any Product (FREE STUDENT).
Binary Compensation Plan
In order to get continued Learning and Participation in our Business / Mission and seek the benefit of Binary Compensation Plan, the following needs to be done every year:
Buy Advance CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package (for First Year) for Rs.7572/- (which includes cost of Advance CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package Rs.7200+ 360 VAT/CST paid to Govt. of India + 12 Handling Charges) or in US $ 260 (Which includes package cost and Handling Charges US $ 20 ) and Renew (Second Year and onwards) by paying Annual Maintenance Charges Rs. 2960/-(Inclusive of all Taxes) (Renewal Charges Rs. 2800 + Rs. 140 VAT/CST paid to Govt. of India + Rs. 20 Handling Charges) or in US $100 (Annual Maintenance Charge US $90 + Handling Charge US $10).
Must learn and successfully complete the Examination on any three of the given Computer Courses.
Must attend at least two Conventions / Seminars / Contact Workshops organized by CS ICT Dev. Project.com Pvt. Ltd. for Computer Learning / Teaching / Promotion of our Mission and must take active participation in promoting CS ICT Dev. Project Business / Mission.
Must sell at least two Advance CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Packages.
Must teach “Absolutely Free” (any one of our existing Courses ) to two individuals who cannot afford computer education (Free Student), and who are not otherwise a part of our program. Must help them to complete the Examination successfully.

If you purchase Advance CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package and after taking Teaching / Learning / Training from CS ICT Dev. Project / CS ICT Dev. Project Leaders and could sell the same package to a minimum of two individuals and by Teaching / Training / Helping them , your sale organization may grow in two parts i.e. Left Sale Organization and Right Sale Organization, also known as Left and Right Leg. Please note that out of many people whom you show Product / Business / Mission plan only few will purchase our product and out of many such purchasers only few will be willing to participate in our Business / Mission and willing to take training from CS ICT Dev. Project and its Leaders. Hence you have to have enormous patience and willing to work very hard for any accomplishment with CS ICT Dev. Project. All the Purchasing Associates must be taught how to Learn from our Courses even if they do not wish to participate in our Business / Mission. Associates participating in our Business / Mission must attained most of the training programmes organized by the Company.
The Selling Associate is known as Sponsor.
The sales with respect to the Associate who buy the Advance CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package are either going to be placed on left organization or on the right organization of the Sponsor. These Purchasing Associates can also sell to more people our Advance CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package and place these sales in their own organization in the same way.
Once you sell to two people and place them in your sale organization (one on your left and one on your right), the next sale of Advance CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package, would be placed either on the left of your left sale or on the right of your right sale, this is known as your spill over to the existing sale in your organization.

The commissions paid out by the company in a Day / Twice a Week / Week / Fortnight or any other defined period is based on the total cost of theAdvance CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Packages ( sales matured atleast 10 Days prior to the commission period would only be considered for the commission ) . This may bring fluctuation in the Steps, Cycles, First Slab Rate, Second Slab Rate and the Maximum Earned Commission by the Associates for that commission period. However CS ICT Dev. Project.com Pvt. Ltd. Reserve the right to add, modify, delete or change any of the Rules, Terms, Conditions, Benefits and Rewards as its sole discretion, with or without any notice.
There is no limit to the number of Slabs you may complete in a day. Company reserves the right to determine the maximum Daily / Twice Weekly / Weekly / Fortnightly or Monthly incentive paid out to any Associate.
Note: If the total number of sales for any Day / Twice a Week / Week / Fortnight / Month is not sufficient to release the commission then either we will club the sales of that Day / Twice a Week / Week / Fortnight / Month to the sales of next Day / Twice a Week / Week / Fortnight / Month and run the commission on the basis of total sales for these Day / Twice a Week / Week / Fortnight / Month and also can modify Slab / step rates to run the commission. The minimum sales required to run the commission in any specific Days / Twice a Week / Week / Fortnights / Months would be determined / decided by the company and the decision of the company in this regard would be final.
To Earn in Dollars you must have at least 1/3rd of your total organizational sales in Dollars and you must be resident of outside India.
CS ICT Dev. Project.com Pvt. Ltd. may calculate the commission under Binary Compensation Plan every Day / Twice a Week / Week / Fortnight or Month. Commission is Paid only to active and deserving Associates (who fulfil tough conditions as displayed and make Sales as per defined Business model). Commission would only be released for the sales which got matured atleast 10 days prior to the commission day. There would be a deduction of Rs.111/- (including all taxes) (US $3 approx.) for handling charge from each cheque, besides any Tax Deductions at Source, as may be mandatory by Law, for the Indian Associates.
Free Associates would be given Free Basic CS ICT Dev. Project Web & Corpoarate Web Package and he will be getting commissions from Retail Compensation Plan only. Please note that Free Associates will not be a part of our Binary Compensation Plan. For Associates who have Purchased Product (Paid Associate) would enjoy Both Retail and Binary Compensation Plan.
